D&T Capital is a Belgian investment holding built around a simple idea: businesses in the construction world grow faster and more durably when they reinforce one another, rather than operating in isolation.

We take a long-term, hands-on approach to ownership — investing in construction-related companies and helping them share expertise, suppliers, standards, and talent across the group, so every business benefits from the strength of the whole.

Today, that group includes Woutim, active in interior finishing and paintworks, total interiors, and home interiors. It's the first of what we intend to be a closely connected family of companies built on craftsmanship and trust.
